After watching Beck replace Grossman, I still think Grossman is the better option. The Eagles defense has been solid this year and their backs were against the wall in that game so it was a bad time for Grossman to face them. Couple that with Grossman having a horrible game and you get 4 picks. When Beck came in he seemed to throw a few ducks and didn’t really look good at all. He was entering in the middle of the game and has probably had no practice but I still don’t like what I saw from him. I think Grossman is their best shot.
If Grossman starts against the Panthers, look for him to turn it around next week against a very below average Carolina defense. If you are interested in sports betting, I expect the Redskins to win outright on the road.
